Down the road's covered in oil...

Just about everything from Paris rd. and heading down the road has some sort of oil coating on it...
How the hell did these IDIOTS at Murphy let this happen, I mean..This crap needs to be thought of in advance so it don't. First they rape you on gas prices then spew oil all over our Parish like....well I won't go there but you get my drift.
I smell class action.

Yet another day not being in St. Bernard....

Shreveport just aint doing it for me.
You think being in Louisiana the food would be killer but thats not the case, you can't even get a damn PO-BOY here! Mexican food is good but having the runs is not...Everybody wears wranglers and cowboy boots, not Z-cavarichi and Shrimp boots...
One good thing the Boogies are a lot friendy here than the ignorant ones in orleans parish!

I live on Easy St. in the mighty town of Arabi within the Parish of all Parishes of St. Bernard and like my fellow Arabians I'd like to get there and salvage what ever I can before the 9th ward does...

I wonder how Rocky's doing, I wonder if he stayed and guarded his register like he does when we go to eat there...I hope that oil didn't get in the resturant, although the whop salad has a protective coating that cant be penetrated so that'll be OK..

Was the levee blown up?

A friend of mine sent me this account of her boyfriend's experience in St. Bernard Parish. I post it here for what it's worth:
"If you've noticed, there has been no or very little mension of St. Bernard. That's because it was really bad there and there was no help. They were not helping anyone get out. It was just people helping people. Helicopters actually flew over and just took pictures didn't try to help anyone. He has six rolls of film. [He] got a boat and actually rescued people. He broke into a two story house and stayed there. There were bodies everywhere of people and animals. He also mentioned that right before the mass flood there was a loud sound like an explosion. We think they may have blew up the levee and trying to keep it quiet. That's why they are not mentioning anything about us
